The third season of [Oshi no Ko] premieres on January 14th.

The wait is over! The third season of Oshi no Ko , one of the biggest recent anime hits, officially premieres on January 14, 2026 on Crunchyroll .

The announcement was made along with a new trailer , which featured the ending theme “Serenade,” performed by singer natori , known for his work on Wind Breaker . In addition, the video included new promotional images and updated visuals of the main characters — Aqua, Ruby, Kana, Akane, MEMcho, and Ai Hoshino.

Production continues under the responsibility of Doga Kobo studio , the same studio that handled the previous seasons, with direction by Daisuke Hiramaki ( Selection Project ) and Chao Nekotomi ( Love is Like a Cocktail ). The script is written by Jin Tanaka ( The Misfit of Demon King Academy ), and the character design is once again in the hands of Kanna Hirayama ( Rent-A-Girlfriend ).

The return of big names and a new phase in history.

During a special live stream, voice actors Takeo Ōtsuka (Aqua) and Yurie Igoma (Ruby) revealed news about the new season, including new artwork and plot details.

The story picks up six months after the events of POP IN 2. With MEMcho leading the B-Komachi group to new heights, Aqua establishes herself as an artist and Akane as a talented actress. Meanwhile, Kana faces her own struggles and Ruby continues her journey to unravel the mysteries behind the deaths of Ai and Gorou.

With new challenges and secrets on the horizon, the third season promises to be the most intense yet, further exploring the dark underbelly of the Japanese entertainment industry.
