Prime Video has just released Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26 , the highly anticipated anime anthology based on the eight one-shots created by Tatsuki Fujimoto — the same mangaka responsible for Chainsaw Man and Look Back . The new addition to the catalog features Portuguese dubbing, allowing even more fans to immerse themselves in the author's eccentric and emotional universe.
The project that reveals the mind behind Chainsaw Man.
Divided into two parts, each with four short stories, the anthology brings together stories written by Fujimoto between the ages of 17 and 26 — a formative creative period that showcases everything from his chaotic humor to his darkest reflections.
Among the episodes are “A Couple Clucking Chickens Were Still Kickin' in the Schoolyard” , “Love is Blind” , “Nayuta of the Prophecy” , and “Sisters” , produced by six animation studios, including ZEXCS, PA Works, and Studio Kafka.
Directed by seven different filmmakers, each short film presents a unique visual and narrative style, resulting in a diverse and artistically rich anthology—something that reflects Fujimoto's own multifaceted nature.
From cinema to streaming — and now in Portuguese.
After a limited theatrical release in Japan in October, Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26 officially arrived on Prime Video on November 7th (November 8th in Japan). Now, Brazilian subscribers can watch the complete work dubbed in Portuguese, expanding access to the production.
