VIZ Media has finally confirmed what many fans have been waiting for: the dubbed version of One Punch Man will premiere on November 30th , arriving simultaneously on Netflix and Crunchyroll in three languages — Brazilian Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Global dubbing arrives on the same day.
The official post revealed that all dubbed versions will be available on the same date, ensuring a unified release for international audiences. This news reinforces the franchise's global reach and meets the expectations of fans who have been waiting for the local audio since the beginning of the season.
Meanwhile, new episodes continue to be released every Sunday on both platforms with original Japanese audio and subtitles.
Crunchyroll will also receive the dubbing.
Despite many fans expecting Netflix to be solely responsible for the dubbed version — since the streaming service already has the first two seasons dubbed — Crunchyroll has confirmed that it will also have access to the new dubbing.
This measure creates a parallel distribution among services, something rare among large platforms, but positive for the public.
A production that generated controversy.
The third season was produced by JC Staff studio and directed by Shinpei Nagai, who even left social media after a flood of criticism related to the animation and pacing of the episodes.
The Portuguese dubbing of the previous seasons was done by Grupo Macias, but there are still no details about the studio responsible for the new season.
