For those who have always wanted to transform their workout routine into something truly exciting, Arise AI arrives as one of the most creative experiences of the moment. Directly inspired by the world of Solo Leveling , the app combines physical exercise, gamification, and real progression—bringing to everyday life the feeling of evolving like an anime protagonist.
To better understand this proposal, I spoke directly with the creator of Arise AI, Patrick Pascual , who shared details about the app's development and his inspirations.
Arise AI functions as a true level-up applied to the fitness world. Right from the initial onboarding, the app identifies goals, available time, fitness level, equipment, and daily routine. From this, it generates fully personalized workouts for the user.
But the real difference lies in how Arise transforms all of this into a gamified experience worthy of a shonen anime . Each workout becomes a mission. Each repetition earns EXP. Each completed week keeps your streak active. And each completed goal unlocks in-app rewards.
The interface — with direct visual references to the style of Solo Leveling — reinforces this feeling of living inside "The System".

Key features of Arise AI
- Customized workout generator
- Complete activity tracker
- Integrated nutritional plan
- Leveling system, ranking, and streaks
- Daily quests with rewards
- Real progression represented as character evolution.
Even though it's a premium app, Arise AI stands out for balancing motivation and structure. It doesn't just aim to suggest workouts—it wants to transform the process of physical development into something fun, consistent, and rewarding, especially for those who love anime, games, and progressive challenges.

Interview with Patrick Pascual — creator of Arise AI
1. Will Arise AI be translated into other languages?
Patrick Pascual:
“Yes, we are adding localization in a future update — probably in the first quarter of next year.”
➡️ This means that Arise AI should receive support for new languages as early as 2026 , making it easier for users from various countries to access.
2. Where did the idea for creating Arise AI come from?
Patrick Pascual:
“I grew up watching anime, and it always motivated me a lot, especially when I watched episodes of shonen anime.
When I started my fitness journey a few years ago, I looked for a workout inspired by Spider-Man, since I wanted to achieve a physique similar to his.
Then, when Jujutsu Kaisen came out, fans started praising Toji's physique a lot. That's when the idea came to me — what if I created an app where you could follow an anime character's workout program to try and look like them?
Then Solo Leveling was released, and 'The System' fit perfectly with the idea of my anime-inspired fitness app.”
➡️ The inspiration for Arise AI came from the fusion of a love for anime, a personal quest for themed workouts, and the potential to transform physical evolution into a gamified system, like in RPG worlds.
With a powerful combination of gamification, anime-inspired aesthetics, and deep customization, Arise AI positions itself as one of the most fun fitness experiences right now. For fans of Solo Leveling , the app is even more special—after all, who hasn't wanted to feel like they're leveling up in real life?
Arise delivers exactly on that fantasy: visible progress, constant rewards, and a training model designed to keep the user motivated as if they were living in an RPG world.
And, according to the creator himself, the app's future promises even more expansion — including translation into new languages and additional features.
